AFTERSHOURSCEO Refund Policy

All items in our first collection are available for preorder.

Customers may request a cancellation and full refund before their order enters production.

Once production begins, cancellation requests will be reviewed individually.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Approved returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

If we cannot fulfill your preorder within the promised shipping timeframe, we will notify you and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
